We are seeking a Data Engineer (Cloud) to develop business intelligence reports and build ETL pipelines. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, scripting, and API integration
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, joins, aggregations
- Infrastructural understanding of a cloud solution and ability to establish the target architecture (Terraform, Puppet)
- Data modelling, Data architecture
- Understanding and experience of medallion architecture
- Modern cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, GCP)
- Basic system admin knowledge of Linux, Governance, quality assurance and understanding of data regulations (PCI, GDPR)
- Experience in configuring and building S3 and SFTP filetransfer solutions
- Experience with managing and documenting data infrastructure
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tool
