Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of FX, payments, or financial technology with direct experience in FX management.
- Proven track record of channel development, strategic partnerships, and merchant acquisitions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-starter with autonomous work style and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
