Technical Writer

Technical Writer to create effective learning materials and knowledge assets for software solutions for processing electronic payments. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and subject matter experts to transform expert knowledge into clear documentation and structured learning materials.

Requirements

• University degree in technical communication, computer science, engineering, media, or comparable field
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in technical writing, documentation, or training content creation within software development, IT services, or technical environments
• Strong ability to understand complex technical systems
• Excellent writing, editing, and structuring skills
• Independent, analytical, and well-organized working style
• Experience working with documentation and e-learning tools
• Familiarity with structured content and markup languages
