Worley is seeking a Principal Telecommunications Engineer to lead and oversee telecom systems for major offshore oil and gas projects.
Requirements
- Experience in telecom systems such as FOC cable installation, SDH, Ethernet, CCTV, Access Control systems, PA/GA systems, TETRA Radio System, CCTV System, LAN/WAN System Information and telephone/data systems.
- Ability to design, implement, and oversee telecom systems in complex large-scale projects.
- Experience in delivering offshore detail Engineering projects (both green field and Brownfield) involving processing platforms and Well Head Towers.
- Good knowledge of ADNOC standards, SHELL DEPs, International standards such as ITU-T, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA, IEC Standards.
- Graduate Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Hazardous Area classification.
- Computer skills with MS office.
- Good communication skill, Leadership skill and able to guide team working locally as well as for workshare with centre of excellence and integrated delivery, mentoring junior Engineers.
