Job description
The Lead Process Engineer provides technical leadership and project delivery oversight for process engineering services to Worley and its customers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership, coordination across disciplines, and accountability for quality, schedule, and budget performance on assigned projects.
Lead process engineering scope on assigned projects, provide technical leadership and guidance, ensure project scope is clearly defined, and manage changes in accordance with project change management procedures.
This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and coordination experience, as well as the ability to balance technical rigor with practical execution and delivery-focused decision-making.
