Requirements

• Design and ship multi-step agentic systems
• Architect agent graphs in LangGraph
• Build the retrieval layer powering our agents
• Own the eval stack
• Expose agents to production systems
• Drive production MLOps
• Partner with security and compliance
• Mentor engineers
