Job Description
We're seeking a Skilled Machinist to join our innovative and supportive team. As a highly skilled machinist, you'll train for 3–6 months on 1st shift and then work on 2nd shift. You'll be valued for your expertise and have opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on machining experience (manual and CNC)
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, shop math, metal properties, and machining techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
