Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR) / Vulnerability Management to lead complex German-speaking customer workshops and accompany projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Lead German-speaking Vulnerability Response workshops for our Enterprise customers
- Advise customers comprehensively on functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with best practices
- Create high-quality technical and customer-oriented documentation
- Communicate securely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Take on the role of Senior Technical Advisor
