Field Safety Advisor

Field Safety Advisor needed for seasonal, full-time position at Spectrum Resource Group. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting safety inspections and audits, and providing field coaching and mentoring to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and risk management
• Proven ability to lead by example and enforce policies respectfully but firmly
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
