Job Description
WSH Management is recruiting for a Property Manager for Reflections on Brittania Apartments, a 43-unit affordable housing community in Los Angeles, CA. The Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of property operations, including financial management, resident concerns, and staff leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years on-site as a Resident Manager
- Supervisory experience in a customer service-related business with appropriate certification(s)
- Affordable Housing experience
- Property Management (or similar) software experience
- High School Diploma Required. College degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Background and drug screening
