Associate Director - Building Structures

Join WSP as an Associate Director in Building Structures to work on prestigious projects, design and construct tall buildings, and develop new ways of working. You will be part of a diverse and talented team, working on exciting and high-profile projects across the UK and internationally.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful design delivery in major projects and challenging multi-discipline building projects
• Project management and technical delivery leadership experience of medium to large schemes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential
• Significant experience in commercial and technical management of projects
• Degree or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant discipline
• Chartered (MIStructE / MICE)
• Solid experience in structural engineering design in all materials
• Detailed working knowledge of national codes and standards
• Proven understanding of the design process and ability to demonstrate working knowledge of brief/scope documents, design concepts
