WSP India is seeking a highly accomplished and motivated Senior Engineer - Highways to join our Transport & Infrastructure (T&I) business, based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our South Africa-based Highway and Water teams, contributing to prestigious, high-profile projects across the T&I sector.
Requirements
- Originate Highway and Drainage design and drawings with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Organise, manage, and deliver work to the highest professional standards, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with WSP’s guiding principles.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating initiative and research-driven problem-solving.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, nurturing talent and building strong technical capability
- Support and strengthen client relationships, maintaining regular interaction with South Africa offices.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing forums, both internal and external, and support business development activities including technical input into bids and proposals.
- Uphold WSP’s unwavering commitment to Health & Safety across all work practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of project timesheets and other documentation
