Job Description
WSP is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Engineer to join the Roads team based in Newcastle. The role will offer an interesting and varied workload, from major strategic highways projects to small and medium local authority highways infrastructure improvement schemes.
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering qualification and relevant post qualification experience
- Working towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status
- Member of an appropriate Institution
- Ability to work under minimum supervision or as part of a larger delivery team on complex projects in a CAD/BIM environment
- Adept in the use of AutoCAD and aptitude to further develop in Civils3D/GIS including the use of BIM
- Experience of dealing with stakeholders including landowners and ability to record all consultations
- Accurate record keeping and excellent attention to detail
