Job Description
WSP USA is seeking a Scheduler to support their client, NYC School Construction Authority (SCA). The scheduler will prepare and review construction schedules, assist with claims reviews, and analyze schedules to identify potential issues. The role involves developing sequencing of work, contracts, and phasing. This position requires a commitment to WSP's Code of Conduct and upholding safety policies.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in the scheduling of new, rehab, and additions/alterations types of construction projects
- Understanding of logical sequencing of work, contract durations, and phasing
- Experience in claim analysis, time extension review, and cost impact analysis
- Experience in new and renovation type construction
- Ability to utilize the Primavera/Expedition program
- Experience in new and renovation type construction
- Good understanding and adherence to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies
