Senior Electrical Engineer

Join WSP as a Senior Electrical Engineer and lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that matter. Design and deliver electrical systems for communities, lead internal technical reviews, and manage projects from design through construction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of electrical consulting design experience in the industrial sector, preference for W&WW experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; P.Eng designation in British Columbia.
• Expertise in low- and medium-voltage systems, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower for power system studies.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, DeviceNet).
• Familiarity with Metro Vancouver engineering and drafting standards is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• PE is an asset.
