Job Description
Join WSP's Land team as a Senior Land Consultant to work on exciting infrastructure projects across the UK. You'll have access to training and CPD opportunities, and will be expected to lead audits and quality assurance reviews, drive integration of land requirements, and provide senior-level advice to clients. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home or in one of WSP's many offices across the UK.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture, or a relevant discipline
- Experience in land referencing, land access, landowner engagement services, and statutory processes
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors and locations
- Demonstrable experience of reducing land risk for clients and advising them on land-related matters
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues, landowners, and clients
- Knowledge of the urban and/or rural environment and farming practices
- Chartership or membership of a professional body
