Facultative Reinsurance Broker

WTW is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join their team, providing a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic reinsurance industry.

Requirements

• Assist in the evaluation and analysis of client risks to help design appropriate facultative reinsurance solutions.
• Support the preparation of placement documentation, including presentations and submissions to reinsurers.
• Participate in negotiations of facultative terms and conditions under the guidance of senior brokers.
• Help manage existing facultative portfolios, including administrative tasks such as documentation and policy tracking.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (client teams, claims, legal, finance) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reinsurance services.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support relationship-building with cedants and reinsurers in the Italian market.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
• Learn and apply WTW’s tools and systems to support the placement and servicing of facultative reinsurance.
