Senior Automation Developer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to lead and deliver low-code and RPA automation initiatives end-to-end, driving workflow automation, process improvements, and desktop (UI) automation using a range of Intelligent Automation tools.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of low-code and RPA automation solutions using one or more automation platforms
• Own end-to-end delivery across the automation lifecycle
• Build and support desktop (UI) automations and workflow automations
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements
• Produce and maintain robust documentation aligned to team standards
• Contribute to the automation roadmap and best practices
• Coach and mentor junior developers
