WTW is seeking an experienced Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join its growing team, responsible for assessing complex risks, structuring facultative reinsurance solutions, and negotiating favorable terms with reinsurers.

Requirements

• Analyze and assess risk transfer needs to design tailored facultative reinsurance solutions
• Manage and grow a portfolio of facultative reinsurance business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and other key stakeholders
• Negotiate reinsurance terms and conditions
• Coordinate and prepare detailed placement submissions
• Oversee administrative aspects of facultative placements
• Provide support on claims-related matters
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends
