Requirements
- Prior exposure to IT operational environments minimum 1 year is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Certification in Nitec, Higher Nitec, or a Diploma, ideally with an IT focus.
- A passion for IT Service Management.
