Join Xephyr's AI Readiness team as a Senior or emerging Lead Data Scientist. This hands-on, client-facing role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, leading AI Readiness projects, shaping AI strategies, and mentoring junior data scientists.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, lead AI Readiness Audits, own project and stakeholder management, design and deploy GenAI and ML solutions, and mentor junior data scientists.
Ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in data science, ML, or applied AI, with a track record of shipping solutions into production, and hands-on production GenAI experience.
