Learning and Development Program Manager

XL Industries is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Program Manager to elevate employee growth and capability across our organization. In this role, you’ll design, deliver and manage high-impact learning programs from leadership development to technical skills training—tailored to the unique needs of the construction industry.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing corporate learning programs and instructional design
• Proficient in developing training content from scratch and facilitating engaging workshops
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and eLearning development tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, Cornerstone)
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Capable of strategic thinking and executing operational plans in a fast-paced environment
