Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic consultative advisor to designated business units/leaders, driving business outcomes through people strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Expert knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and analytical skills
