Developer Experience Director (CIS)

Xsolla is seeking a Senior Developer Experience Director to lead regional developer evangelists, drive lighthouse integration cases, and build engagement with the game developer community. This role combines technical expertise, community presence, and leadership to deliver world-class developer experiences. The ideal candidate will mentor a team and represent Xsolla at industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism
• Strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web)
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams
• Established presence in regional and global game developer communities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience producing high-quality technical content
