Residential Supervisor - Bergen County, NJ

Residential Supervisor role involves leading a team, teaching life skills, providing counseling and promoting community integration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role requires high levels of integrity, flexibility and dedication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 5 points
• 1-3 years experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• 1-3 years experience supervising various levels of staff
• Ability to participate in NJS Mandated DDD initial trainings
• Tuberculosis test
• New Jersey State drug test screening
