Job Description
We are looking for a Lawyer and Compliance Officer to provide expertise in compliance, contractual, and corporate matters, assist in the application and obtaining of an asset management license, and supervise compliance processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Swiss Law degree (Master of Law) and admission to the Swiss Bar
- Proven experience and strong understanding of compliance and corporate law
- Good knowledge of the crypto space and regulatory frameworks
- Fluent in German and English
- Interest or knowledge in legal AI tools
