Job Description
The Kids Zone Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for YMCA members, providing hands-on leadership and administrative support, and executing engaging curriculum and activities.
Requirements
- Lead by influence
- Supervisory and/or YMCA experience
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/ Branch Leader certification
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Teachable and proactive in gaining business acumen and expertise
- Quick learner and flexible in executing business processes and tactics
- High levels of stamina, motivation, and self-direction
- Dependable emotional maturity and intelligence
- Energetic, devoted, mission driven, team oriented individual
- Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including nights and weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
