Job Description
The Pool Manager will assist with the development, supervision and implementation of all aquatic programs and services at the assigned facility, promoting and ensuring a safe Aquatics environment, and motivating staff to deliver positive change.
Requirements
- Certifications in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Two years of college or equivalent
- Three years of related experience in aquatic programming and/or six months of supervisory experience
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
