High school diploma, related experience, certifications, and knowledge of customer services and Microsoft Office
Swim Instructor - City of Spokane Valley - Outdoor Pools
Swim Instructor - Litehouse/Sandpoint
15 years of age, YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification, communication and listening skills
Outdoor Pool Coordinator - Valley
2 years of college or at least 2 years of related work experience; current certifications in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, Administering Emergency Oxygen, Bloodborne Pathogens
City of Spokane Valley Pool - Lead Lifeguard
High school diploma, 6 months of aquatic programming experience, current lifeguarding certifications, and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Tumbling Instructor - North
High school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of related work experience, experience in leading a group, and knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention techniques
Group Exercise Instructor - South Branch
Group Exercise Instructor Certification, 6 months to 1 year experience leading group exercise classes, and ability to develop positive relationships with people from different backgrounds
Lead Teacher - ECC
Early Childhood Education Certificate, previous experience working with children, ability to plan and implement age-appropriate program activities
Karate Instructor - North
Must have a strong knowledge and background of Karate, martial arts, basic anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention techniques, with at least one year of experience teaching or instructing martial arts
City of Spokane Valley - Pool Manager
Two years of college, 3 years of related experience, and lifeguard certifications required
