Family Medicine Practice Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Clinic Administrator to lead the daily operations of our Family Medical Clinic and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and experience in managing staff, financial operations, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage staff, financial operations, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in computer use and digital systems; experience with EHR transitions (Epic preferred) a plus
