Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment experience
- Proven success in leading global recruitment efforts in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and a data-driven approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid business acumen and market awareness
