Job Description
The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance fitness experiences. This part-time, on-site role will focus on promoting a positive user experience and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals. The YMCA serves over 6,000 members in the Raritan Bay area.
Requirements
- Design and deliver safe, fun, dynamic and effective personal training sessions.
- Provide outstanding hospitality to all members and guests.
- Recruit new clients and retain current clients.
- Record and report sessions to supervisors.
- Maintain familiarity with current fitness trends, protocol, methods and programs.
- Maintain required certifications.
- Actively participate in training sessions and meetings.
