Requirements
- Previous experience teaching swim lessons to both adults and children.
- Current Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
- Current Red Cross First Aid certification.
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification or equivalent.
- Proficient in instructing and observing proper stroke techniques.
- Able to lift equipment and assist children of varying sizes.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
