Job Description
This position provides support for the Lebanon County Family Based program and program director. It involves assisting with day-to-day operations, contract compliance, service delivery, and participant intake/referral process.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's Degree generally preferred
- At least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the provision of home and community-based services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an electronic health record system is preferred
- Bilingual is preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage
