Affiliate Manager

Role Overview

YSI is looking for an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships acquisition channel for Yellow Social. This is a commercial role with real strategic weight, responsible for building and managing a portfolio of affiliate and acquisition partners.

What You Will Do

Own the affiliate and partnership acquisition strategy end-to-end, identify and onboard high-value affiliate and acquisition partners, lead commercial negotiations, and manage partner agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing and partnerships
• Experience in Gaming is strongly preferred
• Proven track record building and managing an affiliate programme with direct accountability for results
• Experience negotiating and managing partner contracts and commercial relationships
• Analytically strong — comfortable interpreting performance data and making clear commercial calls
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, compliance processes and fraud management
