The Custodian is responsible for providing an environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place of work for the parish and school. They perform essential custodial tasks like cleaning, sanitizing, and removing trash, and respond to emergencies. The role requires adherence to diocesan values and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Performs custodial tasks (waste disposal, cleaning, sanitizing, floor cleaning, etc.)
- Utilizes appropriate chemicals and equipment safely.
- Responds to emergency situations as needed.
- Able to move heavy materials.
- Clear communication skills.
