Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who builds a full-scale growth engine from scratch, shaping strategy, scaling channels, and making key marketing decisions.

What You Will Do

Launch and scale advertising campaigns, optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.

5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing, experience working with subscription-based products, proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in Meta Ads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing
• Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile)
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in Meta Ads (from $500K/month)
• Hands-on experience with the US and Tier-1 markets
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV) and ability to analyze and influence them
• Data-driven mindset: experience with hypothesis testing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA4)
