Claim Manager Construction (m/w/x)

As a Claim Manager in the Global Construction Projects department at ZEISS, you will review, negotiate, and defend unjustified claims, and make a significant contribution to the success of our construction projects.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of claims
• Develop and implement strategic approaches to negotiate disputed claims
• Effective cooperation with internal and external partners
• Proactive identification and assessment of potential counter-claims
• Conduct risk analyses to identify potential problems early on
• Create detailed reports on negotiation status and results
• Support strategic planning through forecasting and scenario analysis
