Embedded Software Test Development Engineer (f/m/x)

Role Overview

As a member of the development team, you will implement and validate test concepts, support internal staff and external service providers, and create automated system tests using standard approaches.

What You Will Do

Implement and validate test concepts, create automated system tests, set up and expand end-to-end test systems, monitor test runs, and document test procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or another STEM field
• Extensive experience in developing automated hardware-related software tests
• Experience in developing software tests using Python / pytest
• Experience with Azure DevOps for integrating tests into CI pipelines
• Experience using testing frameworks to automate functional tests in embedded software development
• Strong skills in system integration and a systematic approach
• Good teamwork skills, high self-motivation, as well as strong initiative and independence
• Good command of German and English
