PLG Sales Representative

We are seeking a Product Led Growth Sales Specialist to engage with customers and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and calls. The role involves working directly within our Zendesk solution to respond to inbound leads and existing customer inquiries, while also collaborating closely with a team of traditional sales professionals to optimize customer experiences and drive growth.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in a secondary language such as French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is highly desirable
• Experience in a sales role or someone looking to take their first step in sales out of College
• A genuine passion for Zendesk technology with a quick ability to learn tools and processes
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing a high volume of opportunities effectively
