As a Digital Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes of projects & programs clients across multiple verticals, managing end-to-end ownerships of projects/programs for clients and providing valuable expertise to drive them seamlessly.
Requirements
- Delivering Product Engineering / Platform Engineering projects / programs by driving a common vision with the client as their partner
- Have a keen eye on building platforms that have Reusability, Scalability, Security, Performance and Quality ābuilt-inā
- Ability to steer business teams (Product Owners, Product Managers & Business Architects) to arrive at a common vision and its prioritization
- Planning & Scope prioritization of the project/program including Change Management with a well-defined change management process
- Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum master on planning Product Increments, Sprints, Tech Debt prioritization etc.
- Risks identification & Mitigation throughout the duration of the program
- Well defined status reporting to all stakeholders at defined frequencies demonstrating delivery governance
- Ensuring independent review of deliverables to ensure a quality outcome aligning both with technical and business value
- Define Project / Program governance and KPIās to measure continues success of delivery
- Good technical experience in Full stack technologies, Quality Engineering, Experience Design and DevOps practices
- Extensive background in development and delivery of transactional systems in Retail & Consumer Services OR Banking & Financial Services domain
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally, client and 3rd party (partners, vendors etc.)
- Planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control
- Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams (enforcement of best practices, coding standards etc.)
- Become the Single point of contact for delivery
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with hands on experience on tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Azure Boards etc.
- Build/Recruit, Train/Up skill, and Supervise teams
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
