Job Description
Join Zip as a Solutions Engineer and work with cutting-edge web, payment, and AI technologies to deliver high-impact commerce solutions. Work with a customer-first team focused on enabling scalable, seamless integrations for Zip's merchant and partner ecosystem. Opportunity to work remotely or in-person out of our Manhattan office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with or implementing web technologies, especially in e-commerce or payments
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, including experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
- Proven track record of leading technical implementations and solutioning across cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with payment APIs, e-commerce platforms, and developer tooling
- Experience leveraging or implementing AI tools in technical solutioning or process automation
