Job Description
We are looking for a Mid- to Senior-level Backend Developer with strong experience in Python to join our engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python backend development
- Experience building applications using Flask
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-based architectures
- Experience working with Git-based workflows (GitHub)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong focus on testing, reliability, and code quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Advanced English communication skills
