Sr. Buyer, NPD

Fluidra is looking for a Sr. Buyer, New Product Development (NPD) to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. The Sr. Buyer, NPD focuses on operational excellence in procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of components for innovative swimming pool products.

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain operations, with significant exposure to NPD projects
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier development, and cost analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Understanding about Demand Planning and Forecasting
• Proficiency in ERP systems preferably Oracle and Epicor
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and the Bill of Materials analysis
