
Job description
The MassMarket Sales Executive will develop and maintain customer relationships in Japan, working with SMB business clients to provide them with the right Zoom platform solutions. The role is Tokyo-based and reports to the Manager, SMB based in Tokyo.
The ideal candidate will work with SMB business clients (employee counts of 1-50) to provide them with Zoom platform solutions, leveraging excellent communication skills and customer relationship skills.
The role requires 2+ years of sales or account executive experience, business-level Japanese language skills, and a proven record of sales achievements.
