Job Description
ZURU is seeking a Head of Sales for the Nordics region to lead their consumer goods division. The role involves disrupting the market, driving financial performance, building strategic partnerships, advocating for customers, and executing trade strategies to maximize brand visibility and demand. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a commercial strategy, build strong retailer/distributor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 6+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably confectionery
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Major retailer and distributor experience within the Nordic regions
- Bachelorās degree
- EU work permit required
