Christie's is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Chairman of Christie's EMEA, providing administrative support to optimize the Chairman's efficiency in managing Christie's teams in Europe and luxury departments globally.
Requirements
- Manage calendars (Outlook and paper agendas)
- Receive and filter phone calls and emails
- Organize and prepare meetings and trips
- Write and type letters and dictated emails quickly
- File documents
- Organize lunches and receptions: prepare and coordinate invitations, manage events
- Greet clients with impeccable courtesy
- Contribute to developing relationships with sellers and buyers to ensure the highest level of service
- Continuously update the client database (COS)
- Interface with the global Christie’s board of directors and shareholders
- Track sales: prepare and send immediate results of purchases or sales to important clients
