Requirements
- 3 years of experience as BIM Coordinator in projects
- 5 years of experience as Revit Modeler
- Clash Detection software management (Navisworks, Solibri)
- Experience working with CDE (Common Data Environment - ACC)
- Knowledge of documentation and regulatory standards and requirements BIM (ISO19650, AIR, EIR, BEP)
- Knowledge of the Open BIM standard and IFC
- Knowledge of residential construction in Spain (specific regulatory knowledge)
- Mastery of Dynamo for Revit
- Experience in sustainable construction (passive design, energy efficiency, health, etc.)
- Experience in industrialized construction in wood
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI and digital transformation
