Senior Security Engineer

As a Senior Security Engineer at 0G Labs, you will be a foundational pillar in safeguarding the integrity of the world's most advanced AI blockchain. You will work at the bleeding edge of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, smart contract security, and distributed systems, ensuring that 0G remains the most secure and trusted foundation for the decentralized world.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on blockchain/Web3 security.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in smart contract security, including vulnerability assessment, mitigation, and mastery of tools like Slither, Foundry, or similar.
• Proven experience securing complex distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, cryptography, and the Web3 threat landscape (e.g., reentrancy, oracle manipulation, validator attacks).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity, or Python for both review and tool-building.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security audits from design to production.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
