As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for powering our multi-channel marketing automation platform. You will oversee the configuration, development, deployment, and technical optimizations of marketing campaigns, driving process innovation, operational excellence, and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing automation roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team of direct reports.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RedPoint)
- Experience managing complex operational initiatives, such as new marketing platform implementation and adoption.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
- Strong grasp of marketing data, process optimization, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience building demand generation and customer lifecycle automation programs.
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and action.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience implementing multi-touch and cross-channel marketing strategies.
